Common questions

Why not just keep using Acuity, Square, or Wix Bookings?
They work well for taking a booking and a payment. After that, the training work still happens somewhere else: attendance, who passed, the roster for your certifying body, and reminding students to renew. CertClass keeps all of that in the same place as the registration.
How much does CertClass cost?
Your first 30 new student registrations each month are free. Each registration beyond 30 is $0.33, and each online payment is $1.00. Stripe’s standard processing fees are separate. Providers can also turn on an optional booking fee so students cover the platform cost at checkout.
Can I keep my current website?
Yes. Paste the CertClass registration widget onto your existing website, or link your “Book now” button to your hosted CertClass class page.
Does CertClass issue certification cards?
No. Cards still come from the AHA or the Red Cross. CertClass keeps the record of who attended and passed, and exports it for your reporting.
