Which one fits your training business?

Stay with Enrollware if

  • You issue a large number of AHA eCards and want issuing built into the same system as registration.
  • You fill more than about 100 seats a month and don’t want to pass a booking fee to students. At that volume a flat plan can cost less than per-student pricing.

Common questions

Is CertClass a replacement for Enrollware?
For registration, payments, attendance, pass/fail, and rosters, yes. CertClass does not issue AHA eCards or Red Cross certificates. You keep issuing those in the AHA and Red Cross systems, using CertClass’s roster exports as your record of who completed the course.
How does CertClass pricing compare to Enrollware?
Your first 30 new student registrations each month are free. Each registration beyond 30 is $0.33, and each online payment is $1.00. Stripe’s standard processing fees are separate. For example, 50 students in a month who all pay online comes to $6.60 in student fees plus $50 in payment fees. Turn on the optional booking fee and students cover it instead. Enrollware lists monthly plans from $109 to $449.
Can I bring my existing students over?
Yes. CertClass imports students and class rosters from CSV, including certification details, so your past students stay on your list for renewal reminders.
Does CertClass work for Red Cross courses?
Yes. CertClass supports Red Cross CPR, First Aid, and lifeguarding courses, with course record and blended learning CSV exports after each class.
